Before joining McDivitt Law Firm, Sheila Toborg worked in the appellate division for the New York State Supreme Court and practiced as a trial attorney with the law firm of Thorn Gershon Tymann and Bonanni, LLP, in Albany, New York, from 1990 to 2003. Becoming an equity partner with this firm, she specialized in trial work involving medical malpractice, product liability, labor law, employment law, toxic tort, environmental law, and commercial litigation.

She then made a lifestyle change, sold her equity position in her New York firm, moved to Colorado, and it then became McDivitt Law Firm’s good fortune to have her join the firm, where she has earned a reputation as one of Colorado’s most experienced and effective workers’ compensation attorneys. She is respected for her extensive experience as a workers’ compensation trial lawyer, having obtained large sums of money and other benefits for those injured on the job.
